Abstract
Manuscripts are limited to 10 pages. However plenary lectures are limited
to 15 pages. All the authors are invited to adhere to the present
instructions so that the style of the publication will be consistent. This
short document can be viewed as a sample paper and will assist authors
in manuscript preparation.
The abstract may be written in French, in English or in both of these
languages. The character is fixed at 11pt size (Times New Roman or
Times Roman, normal). The French speaking author is encouraged to write
the abstract in English and the paper in French.
Résumé
Le manuscrit est limité à 10 pages. Néanmoins les
conférences plénières sont limitées à
15 pages. Tous les auteurs sont invités à respecter ces instructions
de telle sorte que la publication soit homogène. Ce court document
peut être considéré comme un modèle utile dans
la préparation des manuscrits pour les auteurs. Le résumé
des articles sera rédigé avec la police roman à 11pt
(Times New Roman ou Times Roman, normal), soit en français,
en anglais ou dans les deux langues. Pour les auteurs francophones, il
est préférable de rédiger le résumé
en anglais et l'article en français.
Keywords
The keywords is enumerated in italic character set.
Mots clés
Les mots clés sont écrits en caractères du type
roman italique 11 pt.
Introduction
The title of the paragraphs (Abstract, Résumé, Keywords,
Mots-clés) are in bold times roman 12pt.
The text should be placed in an area that is 160mm in width and 247mm
in height.
The authors and organisations are grouped and presented under the title
of the paper.
For the paper text, the font features are:
- Font family : Times Roman.
- Font size : 11pt.
- Single spacing, except for the title and the section headings.
The text may be written in French or in English.
The preferred text processing softwares are :
- Microsoft Word 95, format MS Office 2000 not accepted.
- LaTeX, Please send us the complete source package which is used
to compile and process the article.

Equations should be indented 12.7mm from the left margin of the page.
and numbered consecutively with one blank line above and below all equations.
Figures (diagrams and photographs) should also be numbered consecutively
and should be placed in the text soon after the point where they are referenced.
Figures should be centred in the manuscript and should have a figure caption
placed underneath. The figures may be pasted in or, in the case of
diagrams, they may be printed from a file. One blank line should
be placed above and below all figures.
The page format is summarised as below
- Paper size : A4 210mm x 297mm
- Margins : 25mm
- Text body area : 160mm x 247mm
- Text font family : Times Roman
- Title of the paper : Bold, 16pt
- Main section heading : bold, 14pt
- Subsection heading : bold, 12pt
- Legend of table or figure : centered, italic , 11pt
- Text font size : 11pt, single line spacing.
- Total number of pages : 10 (standard manuscript), 15 (plenary lecture)
References
In the text, the reference should be indicated by a number in
square brackets (e.g. [1]). The reference section that follows in this
sample document illustrates the format that should be used. Paper
and book titles should be in italic.
