Since 1920, the organisation Réseau ULg - Les Amis de l'Université de Liège has followed its mission to support teaching and research at the ULg through the awarding of prizes and grants:
- Prizes from Les Amis de l'ULg (including the Comte de Launoit Prize, the Président André Leroux Prize and the Octave Servais Prize)
- André Belde Prize
- Baron Constant Prize
- René Comoth scholarships
Most of these prizes and grants are made possible thanks to the support of ULg graduates.
Funds received and managed by the association are used in the field chosen by the donor; and it is the donor who decides upon the name of the prize and the composition of the Committee responsible for examining applications.
