You do not need to have agreed your final programme of studies to submit your application. In any case, it is often difficult to obtain the list of courses for the year of your exchange at the time you fill in the application form.
When you arrive at ULg, the academic coordinator of your host department will validate your study contract and explain how the courses and exams are organized. These details will be send to you in a letter together with the official acceptance letter.
The department coordinator MUST be notified of any change to the Learning Agreement and a copy of the amended study programme signed by the department coordinator must be sent to the Erasmus Office.
