Are you arriving from abroad and have enrolled, or are in the process of enrolling at the ULg ?
You are most welcome !
You are probably eager to discover university studies, but you have some more questions in mind ... You will find , as all students, a secure, friendly environment with all the support you will need to get the most of the experience ! Anyway, you might have some specific needs, this is why the University has recently set up a new support service. Together with existing other services, this initiative aims at meeting all your individual needs
You have probably some more practical or administrative questions (how to enrol in time ? how to get your resident's card ? Where to find accommodation ? How to open a bank account , or have the right insurance for medical care ? Going to University is an exciting adventure, especially if you are leaving home for the first time. Here in Liege, we will make sure that you will find all the support you need. The differences between countries are sometimes confusing, the way of life is sometimes surprising, and the people we meet might be quite different. | |
Sometimes, you could feel far from home, so we wish to help you settle in, this is why special arrangements are made for the reception and induction of students coming from abroad. Where to meet friendly people, compatriots ... ?
Even if you have a reasonable command of the French language, the language might be a problem for courses of for everyday problems
