Beyond the online events and news, which we would greatly urge you to visit, various magazines, themed sites and newsletters allow you to remain in contact with news concerning your Alma Mater: teaching, culture, institutional life, research, activities aimed at future students…miss nothing connected to the life of your institution!
An internal and external journal, it is published ten times a year. The 15e jour du mois echoes life at the university, announces conferences and colloquia, explains the research being carried out in the Faculties and illuminates the research in the light of the news in general. It is available online.
Aimed primarily at the ULg’s Alumni and to people outside the Institution, this 32 page quarterly allows you to stay in contact with the ULg through articles presenting the research under way or presenting the perspective of people at the university on subjects concerning society. It also contains the events agenda of the association ‘Les Amis de l’ULg.’ This review is available free on subscription in a paper or a PDF version.
Spirit of Management
SPIRIT of Management is the HEC-ULg’s magazine. It is an invitation to discover through various dynamic sections the development axes of one of the largest Management Schools in francophone Belgium, its competences and its areas of research, the careers of its graduates, its professors’ and students’ spirit of entrepreneurship and innovations. It is also one of the principal channels of communication between the School and its Alumni. In it you can discover career and life journeys crowned with success and portraits of businesspeople. The University of Liège has a very high number of cultural actors: ten museums, a theatre, an improvisation league, a string orchestra, a photo-club, a cine-club, a literary collection, artistic circles, etc. It is also an events diary and a magazine! The two main missions of any university, its raisons d'être, are research and teaching. Reflexions perfectly symbolises these two objectives: sharing with everyone the fruit of the research carried out at the ULg. On it the work of the ULg’s researchers is showcased, explained, placed within the context of the current state of knowledge concerning the subject and its original contribution to the development of knowledge.
