Intermediate rate

Students who do not meet all the criteria necessary to receive a grant may benefit from the intermediate rate under certain conditions.

You may apply for the intermediate rate at the time of registration. By doing so, you will be provisionally registered at the intermediate rate and will then have until September 30, 2009 to provide the Student Services Office with the documents listed below. Upon examination of the file, the granting of the reduction will be confirmed or full tuition will have to be paid.

The application is to be addressed to the Student Services Office and to be accompanied by the following documents :

  • A copy of your income tax return
  • A recent household composition
  • A document proving that a sibling/siblings is/are registered in an institution of higher learning.

If your professional or family situation has changed since 2006, please provide the pertinent documents. Information concerning eligibility for the intermediate rate may be obtained at the Student Services Office at +32 4 3664420 or at +32 4 3664421.
