Your ULg diploma : a big advantage !

Ulg is currently the only university to hold two European labels, the ECTS and the DS. The Diploma Supplement label validates the quality of the information appearing in the diploma supplement. 

This diploma supplement ensures greater transparency of your university course on the international level, as it provides a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the qualification achieved.

Obtaining your diploma

1.  You will receive a notification letter from our department inviting you to collect your diploma when it is available.

This will be sent to your last known address. To inform us of your new address : accueilinscriptions@ulg.ac.be

If your diploma was awarded before 2004, please contact the Faculty in question. 

 2.  You have received a letter from our department.

You diploma is only issued upon appointment.

You must bring your notification letter and your ID card.

If you cannot be present in person, you may confer powers of attorney on a trustworthy person. This person should bring your power of attorney, your convening letter, a recto-verso photocopy of your identity card and his/her own identity card. If you live in a foreign country, it is also possible to receive your diploma certificate by registered letter. A written request accompanied by identification papers (identity card, residence permit, ...) must be sent to the Diploma Unit by email, fax or post. The Diploma Unit

This service is part of the Academic Affairs and delivers only with appointment :

• Diplomas prior to 2004 (with the exception of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech diplomas)  

• Equivalence certificates

Diploma's holders may obtain, on request, a level equivalence certificate. This is sent by post. Since the 2006-2007 academic year, these certificates are delivered automatically with the diploma.

• Loss of diploma certificates

It is declaration of the loss of the diploma drawn up by the student on his/her honour. Only the final grade and the student's personal data are mentioned on it. To obtain a statement of marks, you must get in touch with the faculty in which you have followed the courses.

• Certified copies of diplomas
  

Diplomas will be issued at Sart Tilman on Tuesday 2 july 2013 from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm upon APPOINTMENT ONLY.
