Ulg is currently the only university to hold two European labels, the ECTS and the DS. The Diploma Supplement label validates the quality of the information appearing in the diploma supplement.
This diploma supplement ensures greater transparency of your university course on the international level, as it provides a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the qualification achieved.

You must bring your notification letter and your ID card.
This service is part of the Academic Affairs and delivers only with appointment :
Diploma's holders may obtain, on request, a level equivalence certificate. This is sent by post. Since the 2006-2007 academic year, these certificates are delivered automatically with the diploma.
- Loss of diploma certificates
It is declaration of the loss of the diploma drawn up by the student on his/her honour. Only the final grade and the student's personal data are mentioned on it. To obtain a statement of marks, you must get in touch with the faculty in which you have followed the courses.
