Gembloux (80 km from Liège) is a small convivial town of about 20.000 inhabitants where life is good. It hosts Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech whose research has had an international reputation for 150 years.  At the cutting edge of sustainable development and eco-innovation, is dedicated itself to agronomical sciences and to biological engineering. The University buildings as well as the great majority of the accommodation sites are close together, avoiding the use of motorized vehicles.
