Looking for a place to live in town or on the outskirts in private accommodation ?
Do you own a place that you want to rent?
In Belgium, individual student rooms are called "kots". More than 7.000 "kots" can be found in the city-centre and around the Sart Tilman campus. They are varied and generally affordable. Other types of very reasonably priced accommodation such as studios, apartments or small houses can also be rented. The University of Liege's Accommodation Service keeps a database with the private accommodation available for rent in Liège, which can be found online. It can also advise and help future tenants through the process of finding accommodation and is at the owners' disposal to rent out their place to students.
