Formative evaluation

Mock exams resemble the assessments that take place while you're on your course. However, they're organised during the year and the result obtained has no influence on the final grade. Advice is provided after these tests so students can make adjustments. It's a means of control that allows you to make any modifications if necessary.

Formative evaluations provide you with the opportunity to compare your reasoning skills, the way you express yourself, your competences and your knowledge, with the criteria for success required by the lecturer. They also allow you to assess the effectiveness of your work method. They aren't organised systematically, therefore, you must look out for any notices posted by staff.

The first formative evaluation on offer, as soon as classes start again, is a mother-tongue language test, organised for all students. Afterwards, training sessions will be organised in order to meet any possible deficiencies.
