ULg devotes a significant amount of funding to the internationalization of the institution by promoting exchange programmes for its members and by offering financial aid to foreign students and researchers. The vehicle for this initiative is the ULg Mobility Fund.
ULg's internal organization has equipped itself with specific tools to fulfill its missions and to achieve the goals the university has set in its commitment to opening up internationally.
The Associate Vice-Rector for International Relations has been designated to tend to this matter. He is assisted in his task by the International Relations Council (CRI) and its International Relations Bureau (BRI). The Department of International Relations is its executive unit.
