Any changes to the enrolment must be indicated before 30^th November 2012.

For this, the student must go, in person, to the Enrolment Department with his/her student card.

Furthermore, students wishing to cancel their enrolment may do so in writing until 30^th November 2010.

Where appropriate, the enrolment fees will be reimbursed, with the exception of any administrative costs.

After 30^th November, cancelled enrolments are no longer reimbursed and the course year is counted in the student’s university course.
