Guiding principles
The missions of the Interface Entreprises-Université aim at constructing and developing technological and economic ties between ULg and the industrial world.
During collaborations or transfers of technology, this tie is specific and concerns an industry, a new product or a patent filed by the University.
In the case of technology networking-boosting activities, this tie is more general and associates one or more departments with companies and economic actors within a given theme.
The technology networking-boosting activities is an indispensable step in the regional development and may fill several functions :
- elicit a favourable climate for exchanges and partnerships ;
- alert an industrial sector to new technologies ;
- create and maintain an industrial dynamic in a technological domain.
These animations can take place at the regional or international level.
