Support for applied research
The Directorate General for Technologies, research and energy of the Ministry of the Walloon Region (MRW) prepares and sets up R&D policies and programmes of the Walloon Region and in co-financing with the EU. It uses calls for proposals.
The other administrations of the MRW (Natural resources and Environment, Social Action and Health, Land Planning, etc.) and of the Equipment and Transport Ministry (MET) may ensure the funding of sector-based studies and research actions.
