Designing and managing large dams

Within the Faculty of Sciences' ArGenCo department, the HECE research group (for Hydraulics in Environnemental and Civil Engineering) studies the design and sustainable development of large works such as dams. Physical models and numerical models are used to guard against any unpredicted natural event.
