Exams

©ULg – Michel Houet - examens

During a single academic year, and except in exceptional circumstances duly explained and accepted by the Rector, a student is not entitled to sit the exams and take the assessments more than twice for a single course. In principle, and unless otherwise agreed by the faculty, the second assessment will always take place during the third session.

To decide the results, each examiner expresses his assessment with a number between 0 and 20, the pass mark for each course being 10/20.  However, for the overall assessment for the year, the pass mark is 12/20.

If a change has to be made to your study contract, the coordinator must be informed so that he can send a copy of the new Learning Agreement to the Erasmus office. Amendments to the study contract will be validated only if signed by the coordinator in charge.

When you sit an exam, don't forget to specify to the teacher or on your exam sheet that you are an exchange student and to write the name of your department coordinator at ULg, who will send your results to your university.
