CECODEL-ULg 

CECODEL is an administrative unit integrated in the International Relations.  This grouping within the international relations and therefore the Directorate General for Teaching and Education aims at optimising the interactions between the various administrations involved with teaching and research and is able to better integrate all of the activities related to the development cooperation in the rest of the institution, and eventually to increase them. The day-to-day management of CECODEL is entrusted to an executive manager.

The development cooperation centre of the University of Liege is in charge of the coordination and management of the development cooperation actions. It creates and supports, within the institution, several cooperation actions regarding teaching, research or activities of service to the third-world communities.

It plays a role of interface and public relations with external partners: universities, national or international public or private cooperation organisations, non-governmental organisations, etc.

You can contact CECODEL-ULg for any cooperation issue in which the involvement of the University of Liege is required. It will inform you of the University's knowledge in the sector you are interested in and will study the cooperation possibilities with you in order to put you in contact with the best specialists.

Please also note that there is one active NGO within the University of Liege, called “UniverSud Liege”, approved and co-financed by the Belgian state (http://www.universud.ulg.ac.be/).
