Service de Promotion et Information sur les étudesYou can go to this service to get extra information about studies and for information about the university and its course programmes.
The SOU is open throughout the year, including the holidays, Mondays to Fridays and Saturday mornings. Consultations are held by appointment only.
It is open throughout the year, and is available free of charge to all ULg students.
Revision and exam periods are sensitive times for students; the "ULg Dialogue" phone line is open to students who wish to get information or confide their problems in the strictest anonymity. They may want to get a specific piece of information or express large or small worries. During these periods it is open 7 days a week from 12.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 23.00: 0800 35 200
This service is available to all students involved in a situation linked to a disability, accident or illness. A listening ear, aid or support are offered to students requesting support to pursue their studies.

This is a local authority service, an information centre for young people, whose aim is to welcome, listen, and give information, advice and guidance whatever the question, concern or problem of the moment is.
Centre J's main concern is availability: a team made up of about ten specialists in welcome and information (but no psychologist, lawyer or doctor) gives information to young people on all subjects: administrative procedures, jobs, accommodation, leisure activities, training, travel, legal and personal problems. These services are anonymous and free.
