As soon as you arrive, contact your host department coordinator. His details were sent to you by post at the same time as your official acceptance letter.

During your stay, the coordinator will be your main contact. It is he who will validate your "Study Contract" and will explain the details of how the courses and exams are organized.

Changes to the original proposed Learning Agreement

Similarly, if a change is made to your study contract, the coordinator must be informed so that he can send a copy of the new Learning Agreement to the Erasmus office. Amendments to the study contract will be validated only if signed by the coordinator in charge.
