Enrolment office

The Enrolments Department has a reception office open throughout the year* from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed on Tuesday morning.

This office is your key contact for everything regarding the administrative follow-up of your enrolment file (state of progress, various procedures, amendments, payments, key contact people...).

It is also the place where you can obtain various forms and certificates, by presenting your student card:

  • certificate of presence
  • family allowance
  • pension certificate
  • re-enrolment form
  • changing stream
  • dispensation form for sitting a year for the third time
  • educational leave
