Role and tasks

The Legal Affairs Department depends directly on the Rector, and is in charge of the legal issues and files of all kinds encountered by the University:

  • providing legal opinions,
  • monitoring legislation to which the Institution is subject and circulating information,
  • negotiation and drafting of agreements,
  • drawing up settlements,
  • dealing with settlements of disputes,
  • management of insurance...
