Role and tasks

The Human Resources Administration (HRA)'s tasks consist of:

  • providing heads of departments within the University community with the necessary means in terms of administrative and technical staff and workers
  • managing the administrative files (contracts, appointments, careers, pay, pension,...) of all categories of staff (academic, scientific, administrative and technical staff, workers, special status staff)
  • enabling the members of the administrative and technical staff and workers to use and develop their skills in relation to a professional development (recruitment, mobility, training sessions, ...)

More particularly, the Director of Human Resources is in charge of:

  • drawing up, with the consent of the university authorities, the policy of the administrative and technical staff, and applying it
  • ensuring the liaison with the staff representatives
  • drawing up the budgetary forecasts in terms of personnel

Organisation

The Human Resources Administration includes:

  • a management body made up of a manager, a management attaché, a management secretary
  • specific units (management of the Ulis database, budget of staff and social service of the staff)
  • three departments
