- managing the administrative files (contracts, appointments, careers, pay, pension,...) of all categories of staff (academic, scientific, administrative and technical staff, workers, special status staff)
- enabling the members of the administrative and technical staff and workers to use and develop their skills in relation to a professional development (recruitment, mobility, training sessions, ...)
More particularly, the Director of Human Resources is in charge of: - drawing up, with the consent of the university authorities, the policy of the administrative and technical staff, and applying it
- ensuring the liaison with the staff representatives
- drawing up the budgetary forecasts in terms of personnel
OrganisationThe Human Resources Administration includes: - a management body made up of a manager, a management attaché, a management secretary
- specific units (management of the Ulis database, budget of staff and social service of the staff)
- three departments
