The CEO for Teaching and Education :

• ensures the management and coordination :

  • of Academic Affairs
  • of student affairs
  • of continued education
  • of lecturer and student mobility

She deals with the preparation and performance of the decisions of the Board of Directors in these matters.

• ensures certain tasks regarding human resources, in prior liaison with the Administrator, in particular the implementation:

  • of recruitment, appointment and promotion procedures of the administrative and technical staff and workers and of the scientific staff upon convention, on the basis of files prepared and managed by the Human Resources department
  • of the institution’s policy in terms of continued education of the staff whose management is entrusted to the Human Resources department

• is required to represent the Authorities in various situations

Moreover, the CEO supervises a strategic and statistical teaching Observatory whose tasks include :

• designing, centralising, collecting and circulating various useful indicators for the guidance of the Institution in the teaching domain
• studying the regulations and their application in operative procedures
• monitoring the IT developments regarding matters related to teaching and to the students
• studying and simulating regulation situations
