The General Administrator is elected every four years by the Board of Directors.
The mandate of the current Administrator will end September  30th 2014.
The General Administrator has the powers set out by law and by the assignment letter drawn up by the Board of Directors on April 20, 2005 and confirmed at the Board of Directors meeting of October 3, 2005.
