Valorisation of the previous assets

Are you working now?

Do you have a number of years of valuable work experience?

The programme for Validation of Work Experience (VAE) may be of interest to you.

©ULg - Tilt Dr (Val acquis) The VAE is another way to gain admission to studies, and is little by little gaining acceptance throughout the French-speaking Community of Belgium.

This programme allows people to gain admission to university programmes on the basis of life experience, if they don't hold the diploma that normally would be required, or in other cases to be granted credit for some part of a programme on the basis of life experience.

No matter the level at which you are seeking to be admitted, your prior experience can help you get automatic credit for part of the programme, which may shorten the period of your studies. If you can demonstrate 5 years of professional or personal experience, you can request admission to a Master's programme even if you don't have the normally required diploma.

Admission by means of VAE is granted on the basis of submission of individual files.
