Qualification obtained in Belgium

Whether you have a non-university diploma, a university diploma, or are still studying, the University of Liège can offer
you many different pathways.

You earned your diploma in a Dutch-speaking Community school? The admission conditions for first-cycle university studies are identical to those for students who received French-speaking Community diplomas. However, you still have to take a French proficiency examination.

Please note that Belgian students who do not have a secondary education diploma can be admitted to university-level study
if they pass a general admissions test for first-cycle university study.

That test may also be taken by foreign students who have been admitted to the University of Liège, and who are unable
to obtain, or do not wish to request from the French-speaking Community recognition of  equivalency for their particular secondary diploma.
