Master’s programmes covered by transition regulations

Among the Master's programmes offered at the University of Liège, many automatically admit holders of certain higher education diplomas gained outside the university system.

Here is the list; click on the area that interests you and then on your choice of a Master's programme, and you will see information about admissions requirements and about the nature of the programme itself.

If the transition regulations do not specify the availability of a transition into the Master's programme that interests you, you can still file an individual application for admission.

If your currently held diploma gives you automatic admission to the Master's programme you want, you can come in person to the Admissions Office  between June 30 and July 11, 2008, or between August 19 and September 30, 2008 (Monday through Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 16.00), bringing with you the following documents:

  • proof of identity
  • your C.E.S.S. (Certificat d'Enseignement Secondaire Supérieur)
  • your diploma(s) from higher education institutions
  • grade reports from each one of your years of higher education, including failed years
  • documents regarding your school-related and/or professional activities over the last 5 years, if these are not covered by your most recent diploma
